WHAT IS YOUR RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY?

Hey there! All of our products are made to order - just for you, and we want you to absolutely love what you receive! All sales are final, but we’ve got you covered if something’s not quite right. Once your order ships, you have 3 days to check it out for any print flaws or product defects. We carefully inspect every item during production, but sometimes little hiccups can happen. So, please open your package as soon as it arrives and give it a quick look. If you notice any issues, just reach out to us through our Help Center, and we’ll work to make it right. To help us process your request smoothly, please include:

The email you used to place your order

Your order number (you can find it on the order or in your confirmation email)

Clear photos showing the print issue or defect

For size-related concerns, adding a ruler or coin in the photo helps us get a better sense of scale.

Before sending anything back, please contact us first so we can confirm if your item qualifies for an exchange or replacement. Note that we don’t provide return shipping labels, but we’ll review your info and figure out the best way to make things right for you.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom Name, Personalized Orders & Custom Design
Custom name or personalized orders and custom designed orders are non refundable. If there is an error on our part due to a name mispelling or other design error, we will correct the issue and send a new replacement. 

Sale Items & Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
