WHAT IS YOUR RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY?
ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER - JUST FOR YOU! ALL SALES ARE FINAL - but we have you covered in case something's not quite right.

DAMAGES
If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused in transit contact Customer Support immediately.
We will ask for photos to determine the best course of action. All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt. Bella Bella & Co. reserves the right to refuse exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.
If your exchange is accepted, we will give instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom Name, Personalized Orders & Custom Design
Custom name or personalized orders and custom designed orders are non refundable. If there is an error on our part due to a name mispelling or other design error, we will correct the issue and send a new replacement.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
